ARRIVAL - Please be on time for your appointment. Please take into consideration that you might need extra time to find parking, also prepare for ample travel time.
LATE ARRIVALS - Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will interfere with your treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you.
CANCELLATIONS - Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of treatment scheduled. All services re-scheduled or canceled on same day of appointment or missed without notice 100% of treatment price will be charged.
PRODUCT RETURNS - If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt in its original packaging within ten days of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired concerns. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit towards one of our services.
WAXING - IF you are using Retin A or Acutane please let the therapist know. When using these products one should refrain from waxing services.
PAYMENT - Walker's accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Please do…. leave babies, children and pets at home. Turn off cell phones and pagers. Please inform us ahead of time if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to make the proper accommodations for you.
STANDARD POLICY - A credit card number is required for all 1st time clients.
GRATUITIES - Gratuities are at your discretion and appreciated.
VALUABLES - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.
